1. Return Window & Eligibility
To qualify for a refund, you must initiate a return request within our 30-day return window, which begins the day your item is delivered.
To be eligible for a return and subsequent refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it:
Unused, uncut, unwashed, and unaltered.
In its original packaging with all original tags attached.
Accompanied by the receipt, order number, or proof of purchase.
2. How to Start a Return

If your return request is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label via email, along with explicit instructions on how and where to send your package.

Note: Items sent back to us without first requesting an official return via email will not be accepted.
3. Return Shipping Fees & Costs
Return shipping costs are clear, upfront, and determined by the reason for the return:
Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items (Fault of the Store): If the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item), quiltbatting.shop will provide a pre-paid return shipping label via email at no cost ($0.00) to you.
Customer Remorse / Change of Mind (Fault of the Customer): If you are returning an item because you changed your mind, ordered the wrong size, or no longer need it, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. The exact flat-rate cost of the return shipping label provided to you will be clearly disclosed via email and deducted directly from your final refund amount.
4. Restocking Fees
We do not charge any restocking fees ($0.00) for returned items.
5. Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon reception. Contact us right away at support@quiltbatting.shop if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right at no extra cost to you.
6. Non-Returnable Items & Exceptions
Certain types of items cannot be returned due to their customized nature:
Custom products, special orders, or fabric cut to a customized length requested specifically by the customer.
Gift cards.
Final-sale clearance items (provided they were explicitly marked as non-returnable on the product page at the time of purchase).
Note: Our standard return policy applies equally to standard items purchased during promotional sales.
7. Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
8. European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, uncut, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
9. Refund Processing Time
We will notify you via email once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your financial statement as well.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return and you have not received your refund, please contact us immediately at support@quiltbatting.shop.
